The United Way board manages the day to day operations of the United Way of Fairfield County and offers guidance as to direction and focus for this local organization. Although the United Way has national ties, our decision making authority is the local Board of Trustees. Members are nominated every November and can serve a maximum of 2 three year terms. Monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday from 6-7:30pm at the United Way office.
